William J. Rudman, PHD

William Rudman (Bill) is the Program Director in the Policy and Research arena of the Foundation. He also works as an independent consultant. He was formerly, a professor in the School of Health Related Professions and School of Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical center. Bill works closed with the Center of Health Informatics and Patient Safety. Dr. Rudman participates on several state and national committees in the area of health information management such as the EA HIT HISPC committees and the State of Mississippi’s Governors task force on HIT implementation. Dr. Rudman has 60 referred publications and has been involved in several multi-million dollar federal grants.
